Farewell Outing For The Holy Bitch

The Holy Bitch is set to fly off again to more undisclosed parts of the world for her necessary work so before she goes off, a farewell outing was organized since the next meeting will be months away. My USB cable needs replacing so the photos would be uploaded as soon as I buy another one.

Breakfast at MacDonalds:

The Holy Bitch wanted to visit JurongPoint and we decided to have breakfast there as well since she misses breakfast at MacDonalds. We got there at around 10am and there was already a early Saturday crowd munching away at their food. The Holy Bitch ordered a sausage with egg meal whilst I tried the MacGirdles (which tasted terrible because the buns were too soggy from the maple syrup infused in them) but the company is fair and breakfast was taken at a very leisurely pace as we watched the shops opened one by one.

Lunch and Shopping at Jurong Point:
Browsing through the shops was the next activity - going through Comics Connections, Jigsaw Puzzle House, Ice Lemon Tee (where she wanted a bag but found the price too forbidden) and a couple of fashion boutiques, eventually settling down at a Japanese restaurant to eat bento lunch. The Holy Bitch ordered some chicken and tempura bento whilst I took the teriyaki salmon and pork set. Lunch was good because it was very filling and I had to help her finish the chicken because she could not eat further.

PartyWorld KTV at Shenton:
After lunch and some window-shopping, we went off to PartyWorld KTV at Shenton near Lau Pau Sat where The Changed Man, The Married Soldier and his wife would join us for a KTV session and dinner. KTV was extremely fun because we kept forwarding The Holy Bitch's songs so that she could sing even though she fiercely protested that she was tone-deaf. Actually, I thought she could sing - just a little louder and with a little bit more confidence she would sound quite fine. The Changed Man, The Married Soldier and I, on the other hand, went all out to have fun in the middle of it as well, choosing really difficult songs and making a racket at the room. The place was quite empty in the mid-afternoon hours so I would recommend it for those who don't like crowds inside KTV lounges.

Dinner at Tiong Bahru Market:
At around 6pm, the five of us took two vehicles and left for Tiong Bahru Market to have our dinner since it was a nice place to find decent food in Singapore. We ordered quite a spread and shared between the five of us - fried rice, pork ribs, vegetables, rojak, ice-kachang, etc. Dinner took one entire hour before we drove over to Great World City Starbucks to have coffee and cakes. We stayed until 9pm, chatting the early part of the evening away about work and holidays before we break for the night.
